Air sterilization

Airborne bacteria and viruses, including MRSA, SARS, C-Diff etc. have over time, built up a resistance to most antibiotics. Cross-infection is common in public areas such as waiting rooms, open plan offices, pubs, shops and hospitals.
Even our pets and animals are vulnerable. A large percentage of equine infections are airborne. The Bactokill machine was developed with PHILIPS and incorporates 2 x 60w high intensity UVc lamps. The clever design uses an ultra quite fan to constantly draw surrounding air into two internal chambers and over the UVc lamps. During this dwell time, the airborne bacteria, mould and viruses are all virtually eliminated (see the Bactokill brochure for independent laboratory test results).
A second feature allows you to add a choice of several pleasant fragrances to the constant stream of sterile air blowing out of the machine. This feature is useful where there may be an unpleasant background odour.
Bactokill machines are successfully used in retail shops, changing rooms, large open plan offices, care and nursing homes, crèches, doctor, vet and dental surgeries and even stables. The result is a noticeably fresher environment with clean, sterilised air to breath.
